PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN

Circle Meeting - Third Monday of the month (unless otherwise announced) 7:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall or members' homes - September through June.

Bible Study - Annual HORIZONS (Magazine for Presbyterian Women) publication.

Freewill offering - monthly collections of items for programs for needy causes: Committee for Christian Concern, Salvation Army, Elijah's Promise, Nursing Homes, Needy Children, etc. Open to all women of the church for study, fellowship and nurturing friendship.

PW PURPOSE: Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves: To nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study; to support the mission of the church worldwide; to work for justice and peace, and to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (USA) and witnesses to the promise of God's Kingdom.

That sounds serious and it is our guide, but we have lots of fun!
