To keep a low profile

Create a food supply
You will not always get enough food in the army. There will be days when you have little time to eat or when the chef’s food does not meet your expectations. Nothing spoils your mood more than a constant sense of hunger.
Avoid friction during walks
The steps are quite exhausting. If stress bubbles are added, they become torture, so it is important that you are comfortable in your shoes. Put on long socks that protrude from the end of the shoe to prevent direct contact between the skin and the leather of the shoes. Before leaving, make sure your shoes are tight and your feet can not slip into the shoe. Use every little break while walking to redo your shoes.
